Oxford University Press (OUP) opened their doors this month to two local schools as part of the PrintIT! twinning scheme to showcase the Print Industry to the younger generation.

Since its launch in 2005 thousands of students across the country have participated in the PrintIT! programme, an industry-wide educational initiative led by Proskills which encourages students to consider a career in the print and paper industries. With the 2011/12 programme up and running, now is the ideal time to look back on the first six years of the programme and celebrate its success in promoting the print and paper industries.
